Plank Challenge


The core is one of the hardest muscle groups to develop, as often said. For a minute its quite easy, two minutes is a good job, but beyond a couplet is what separates boys from men. Come and show us which category you fall in for we’ll be testing your core strength.

The plank is an excellent abdominal and core exercise that involves maintaining a      position similar to a push-up for the maximum possible time.

  1. Round 1: Video Round (Participants have to upload video in the given link)          In round 1: Participants have to get into a push-up position keeping the body as straight as possible from head to toe. There should not be any back or head sag. One should hold the plank position for the predetermined time. The participant has to make a video for 2 minutes.
  2. Round 2: Google Meet (Participants have to complete their challenge live on meet/zoom)                                                                                                                                                 In round 2: Same as Round1
  3. Round 3: If required (It will be taken on Google Meet/Zoom)                                 In round 3: If required (We modify this round with a difficult variation of plank)
