Pushup Challenge


Doing a standard push up is one thing, doing a clap push up is another. This is not for the weaklings, fellas! Do you think you got the strength to pull off some Clap push-ups? Do you think you can survive a clap challenge face-off? The stage is set, the question is, are you?

Start in a high plank position, shoulders over wrists, core, gluteus, and legs engaged. Bend elbows to lower chest to the floor. Your elbows should point back at a 45-degree angle. Keeping core engaged and hips in line with the rest of your body, push back up to the starting position.

Participants who will perform the maximum number of push-ups within a time limit will be the winner.

  1. Round 1: Video round (Participants have to upload video in the given link)              In round 1 (Participants have to perform 1-clap push-ups, Those who will attempt the maximum number of push-ups in 1 minute will qualify for the next round).       
  2. Round 2: Google Meet ( Participants have to complete their challenge live on meet/zoom)                                                                                                             In round 2 (Participants have to perform 2-clap push-ups on Google meet)
  3. Round 3: If required (It will be taken on Google meet/zoom)                                   In round 3 (Participants will perform inclined slope 1-clap push-ups live on Google meet)
