Procedure after booking:
Once you make successful payment you will get a payment confirmation which you will need to save. You can collect passes from the venue starting 3rd February or by coming early on the day of the event.
You will be required to carry the following documents while coming to collect the passes: Aadhar Proof of the person who booked the tickets and Razorpay proof used for making the payment.

- Are handbags and backpacks allowed into the venue? Regular sized backpacks or small single compartment bags - like sling bags, handbags, tote bags, etc. are allowed. Please avoid carrying large backpacks with multiple compartments.
Terms and Conditions:
- Entry will be allowed only to persons who are of age 15 years and above and are in possession of a Valid College ID Card at the time of entry.
- Use of Face Mask is recommended.
- Each Pass is valid for one admission only.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission and may, on occasion, conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
- Passes cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Passes must not be sold or resold without express written permission from the event promoter.
- The event promoter reserves the right to amend or make alteration to the published details of the event as necessary without being obliged to refund monies or exchange passes.
- Neither the promoter nor the venue management shall be responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought into the venue.
- Pass holders agree to appear for no fee in any filming and/or recording of the event.
- Damage to any venue property will be considered as a serious offense and can lead to eviction from the venue and police action.
- The venue is a strictly no-smoking, no-alcohol and no-drugs zone.
- Any pass holder caught misbehaving will be asked to leave the venue immediately by the security and police action if required will be taken against him/her.
- Illegal substances cannot be brought into the premises. Anyone caught in possession of substances mentioned below will be evicted from the premises.
- Cigarettes, drugs, alcohol, laser light devices, knives, guns, match-boxes, lighters, pointed/sharp objects, fireworks and any other weapons.
- Large backpacks, perfumes, water bottles, spray cans, etc. are not allowed into the venue.
- The event organizers, venue, and management team are not responsible for any injury, illness, medical condition, or unforeseen health issues that may arise during or after the event. Attendance is at your own risk, and by entering, you agree to waive any claims against the organizers in case of such occurrences.
